Christy Crawford
Founder & CEO
Christy Crawford has been working in the glass industry since 1997 when she worked on the order desk at Contractors Wardrobe, a local shower door manufacturer. In 2004 she became CFO of Valencia Custom Shower Doors. In 2017, she attained her C-17 glazing contractors license and opened the window side of the business, Valencia Windows. Christy operates with a “people first” mentality both with her customers and her employees. Under her direction, both Valencia Custom Shower Doors and Valencia Windows continue to offer more benefits and opportunities to her employees every year. She is a big believer in fair pricing and excellent customer service and strives to make these the corner stones of both sides of the business.
Christy also owns and runs Mommy’s Little Monsters Reptile Rescue. In her spare time, she rehabilitates sick or abandoned pet reptiles and helps them find forever homes. She also does public animal presentations to help children and adults better understand these “creepy” creatures. She is also a member of The Chamber of Commerce, the 25 Score Lunch Mob, and Women in Touch of Santa Clarita.
Stuart Crawford
Vice President
Stuart Crawford grew up working in the glass industry. His first apprentice job was at only 15 years old. He has worked for glass shops in the Antelope Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Santa Clarita Valley throughout the years, until opening his own shop in 2004 with wife, Christy. Stuart has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to glass. Having worked in both sales, management, and installations, he is uniquely suited to mentor new glazers looking to get into the industry. He believes in treating all customers like family.
Stuart’s hobbies include CrossFit, camping, and rock crawling. He raced in the King Of the Hammers Ultra-Four off-road race for the past three years. He also performs most of the vehicle maintenance of the glass truck fleet himself in the shop.
Brandon Thorne
Sales And Marketing
Brandon started working with Valencia Custom Shower Doors as a shower door installer. Soon he became the window salesman, first for Valencia Custom Shower Doors and now for Valencia Windows. He has extensive knowledge of retrofit windows from both the product and installation perspectives. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, he is available by cell after hours and on weekends. Brandon also handles marketing for both companies. He evaluates the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and manages both the website and most of the social media marketing.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys riding BMX and dirt bikes, hiking, and spending time with family. He is a member of the 25 Score Lunch Mob.
